Information summaries on items of interest

  •  Party Room

    •  Book your party room event in advance with the Property Manager during business hours Monday to  Friday.

    •  You will need to sign usage agreement and provide a post dated security deposit cheque in the amount $500.00, that will be returned to you upon completion of a clear damage inspection.

    •  There is also a non-refundable usage fee of $100.00. payable by cheque in advance.

    •  You will also need to pay for the services of a security guard(s) for your event. 

  •  Guest Suites

    •  Three Guest Suites are available for residents to book for their guests.

    •  Book in advance through the Property Manager.

    •  Your will need to sign a usage agreement and current charges are $50.00 per night, seven night maximum.

  •  Virtual Golf

    •  Book hours through the Concierge (5 am through 12 pm 7 days a week.)

    •  First time users will need to arrange with the Concierge to be oriented on usage and rules in advance.

    •  There is no charge.

  •  Billiards

    •  Book hours through the Concierge (5 am through 11 pm 7 days a week.)

    •  Booking residents sign an agreement and are issued billiard balls that must be returned to the Concierge.

    •  There is no charge.

  •  Exercise Room

    •  Open 24 hours 7 days a week.

    •  There is no charge.

  •  Aerobics Room

    •  Open 5 am through 12 pm 7 days a week.

    •  There is no charge.

  •  Meeting Rooms

    •  There are two board/meeting rooms that may be booked by residents for small business meetings.

    •  Book these in advance with the Concierge.

    •  A usage agreement must be signed and and refundable security deposit in the amount of $100.00 for the Board Room and $50.00 for the Meeting Room payable by cheque is required at the time of booking.

    •  Notify the Concierge when the meeting is over to arrange for a quick damage inspection.

    •  The cost of any repairs will be billed to your suite.

    •  There is no room charge.

  •  Moves

    •  All service elevator bookings are arranged in advance with the Concierge.

    •  A refundable moving security deposit in the amount of $200.00 payable by cheque is required at time of booking.

    •  All moves must use the service elevator and be conducted thorough the rear service doors.

    •  All moves in or out must be between the hours of 11 am and 8 pm, Monday through Thursday, Friday 8 am and 8 pm, Saturday, 8 am and 5 pm. For Phase 1,  also Sunday, 8 am to 5 pm.

    •  Notify the Concierge when the move has been completed to arrange for a quick damage inspection.

  •  Deliveries

    •  All deliveries of sizable items, such as furniture or appliances are to be booked with the Concierge who will arrange for the service elevator to be put on service.

    •  All deliveries are to be conducted through the rear service doors.

    •  Delivery hours are 8 am through 8 pm, Monday to Saturday.

    •  Notify the Concierge when the delivery has been completed to arrange for a quick damage inspection.

    •  The cost of any repairs as a result of the delivery will be billed to your suite.

  •  Barbeques

    •  Two barbeques located at the gazebo are available for residents

    •  Book the barbeques through the Concierge.

    •  Obtain instructions and tools from the Concierge.

  •  Visitor Overnight Parking

    •  Visitors who wish to park overnight (2 am to 7 am) must obtain a parking pass from the Concierge.

    •  Any cars without an overnight pass displayed on the dashboard parked in Visitors parking between 2 am and 7 am will be ticketed and or towed.

    •  There is a seven night maximum for overnight visitor parking.

    •  No residents may park in Visitor parking at any time, and are subject to towing and ticketing at   any time.

  •  Long Term Visitor Parking

    •  Residents may arrange for available long term Visitor parking located on P2.

    •  Residents must register the visitor and vehicle with the Management Office, leave a security deposit and obtain a temporary access fob for garage access only.

    •  Any cars without a long term pass displayed on the dashboard parked in long term Visitors parking will be ticketed and or towed.

    •  No residents may park in long term Visitor parking at any time, and are subject to towing and ticketing at any time.
