About Us
Welcome To The Essex Community
Essex 1 (Toronto Standard Condominium Corporation #1577) and Essex 2 (Toronto Standard Condominium Corporation #1723) are independent residential condominium towers, with shared amenities governed by a Shared Facilities Agreement.
The Essex site is served by an adjacent public park to the east.
Across Viking Lane to the south are our three neighbours, NUVO 1 and NUVO 2, two separate corporations, also with shared amenities governed by a Shared Facilites Agreement. Parc Nuvo is the fifth separate residential condominium corporation sharing the Essex site. All five corporations are contractually obligated in the maintenance of Viking Lane as a public thoroughfare, through a Shared Roadway/Walkway Agreement. All five buildings were built by Tridel. See the site master plan.
Essex 1 is located at 5229 Dundas Street West, Etobicoke, Ontario, with 234 suites. Essex 1 was registered January 9, 2004 with the Turnover Meeting conducted in April 7, 2004.
Essex 2 is located at 5233 Dundas Street West, Etobicoke, Ontario, with 314 suites. Essex 2 was registered November 18, 2005, with the Turnover Meeting conducted in January 30, 2006.
