To request a Board Room Booking, please enter the pertinent information below.

A management office representative will respond promptly about availability (Monday through Friday during business hours). The Board Room may only be reserved by a resident adult, who will act as host of the meeting and be in continuous attendance.

If the date is available:

To confirm your reservation, you will need to come down to the management office during business hours Monday to Friday.

There is no usage fee.

Notify the Concierge when your meeting concludes so that the room may be secured. Your unit will be charged the cost of any necessary repairs for damage that occurs during your use of the room.
