To request a Long Term Visitor Parking Permit, please enter the pertinent information below.

A management office representative will respond promptly about availability (Monday through Friday during business hours). A Long Term Visitor parking permit may only be issued to a resident adult, who takes responsibiity for the vehicle.

To obtain the permit, you will need to come down to the management office during business hours Monday to Friday.

You will need to confirm registration of the vehicle for which the permit is to be issued.

You will need to have the permit visibly displayed on the dashboard whenever the vehicle is parked at The Essex.
