Party Room Booking Request Form
To request a Party Room Booking, please enter the pertinent information below.
A management office representative will respond promptly about availability (Monday through Friday during business hours). The Party Room may only be rented by a resident adult, who will act as host of the event and be in continuous attendance.
If the date is available:
To confirm your reservation, you will need to come down to the management office during business hours Monday to Friday.
You will need to sign a usage agreement and provide a post dated security deposit cheque in the amount of $500.00, that will be returned to you upon completion of a clear damage inspection.
There is also a non-refundable usage fee of $100.00, payable by cheque in advance.
You will also need to pay for the services of a security guard(s) for your event ($20.00 per hour for a four hour minimum).
